Training for a race has been on my vision board for about 2 years now and a few weeks ago I decided this would be one of the first goals I cross off the list in 2017. I am starting a 16 week training schedule during the last week of November to prepare for my race in March! This up beat, hip-hop, techno, pop playlist has all my jams to get me through the next 16 weeks of training!
